* Our service contract price guarantee applies when an air conditioning and/or heating service contract is entered into for a duration of either 2 or 3 years at the contract start date. A 2 year contract receives a 10% per year discount and a 3 year contract receives a 20% per year discount. The price guarantee and discounts cannot be applied retrospectively once a service contract has been in operation. If the specification or number of air conditioning and/or heating units changes during the course of the service contract, Cool Concerns Mechanical Limited reserves the right to review the pricing for the service contract and will advise this in writing to the client.
